The Application Process for becoming a Concord Products Dealer

Whether you are looking to expand your Dealership portfolio or you are just getting into Reselling, you have come to the right place.

Here are Concord Products we have quality products, quality clients, and quality representatives.

First - Familiarize yourself with all we have to offer you as a Manufacturer.

Browse through our Products and take a look at some of our Brochures. You can start with our Complete Photo Gallery to find what product best suits your clients' needs. Our Quicklinks menu has information about our Selling Support, Promotions and Incentives, Credit Policy, and Shipping. We also offer many Services that you can take advantage of.

Second - Find your Representative.

Use the Representative Locator in our Clients menu to find the contact information for a knowledgeable Concord Representative that covers your area. Get in touch with them and let them know you are planning to apply to resell Concord furniture in their territory; they can provide valuable help to get you in contact with our sales team. For the life of your relationship with us, your Representative will provide invaluable correspondence concerning new projects, problems, pricing, and anything else that concerns you.

Third - Fill out your applications.

The obligations of Concord, the Representative, and you the Dealer are outlined in our Dealer Sales Agreement Application that must be signed and dated by your company, your Representative, and us. Fill this out to it's entirely and forward it to your Representative. Then you can send it to us through our online Reseller Registration form. Once we have processed and signed the Agreement, we will send you a final copy for your records.

We also require a completed Credit Application for your file. This too can be filled out and uploaded to our Reseller Registration form. For more information please see the Credit Policy section of our site.

Additionally, have your W-9 and your state Reseller Certification paperwork as these documents are required to be uploaded to the Reseller Registration form.

~ Approval of a new Dealer is at the discretion of both the Representative and Concord Products. ~

Fourth - Get access to our Online Customer Tools.

Request your personal username and password using our Reseller Registration form. Upon approval, our Website Administrator will register your company and you will receive an email notification. This will grant you instant access to Pricebooks, Specification Guides, Technical Information, and other selling tools. You will be able to login to the Client Center of our site by navigating to the Client Login page in our Clients menu.

Finally - Request a Quote.

Coming Soon we will be implementing an entirely online Project Management System where all new projects will be registered. Until then, you can use the current tools we have to request a quote. If you know what product you need a quote for, just click on the Request a Quote link found on any of the product pages. Our Request a Quote form can also be found in the Services menu. One of our Sales Associates will contact you and get more information about your project.
