Warranty

Concord Products Company, Inc. warrants to the original user defect-free standard, non-custom products for a period of (10) years after delivery date. Concord’s obligation, base on this agreement, is limited to repair or replacement, F.O.B. Concord Plant, at the option of Concord, pursuant to normal usage per Concord’s written instructions. Warranty liability authorization must come in writing from Concord factory and not from any third party representative. Concord shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or from damages due to customer misuse and negligence. There are no other warranties except as set forth above, either expressed or implied.
